Per Christoffer Schwall
My name is Per and I was born on 20 January 2005 in Kiel. I graduated from Hebbel-School in 2023 and am now studying business informatics at Kiel University. At the age of six I enthusiastically took up sailing in an Optimist in the Kiel Yacht Club's youngest and regatta group. Since then, I have spent every free minute on the water – sailing, wing foiling, surfing or windsurfing – in other words, totally immersed in water sports.
Carl Frederik Schwall
My name is Frederik and I was born on 1 August 2007. I live in Kiel and have been sailing at the Kiel Yacht Club since I was six years old, with lots of motivation and enjoyment. I go to Hebbel School, where I will take my A-levels in 2027, and when I'm not sailing or at school, you'll find me on my surfboard or wingfoil.
We have been sailing together in the same boat since 2022 – first in the 29er
youth boat class and, since 2025, we are sailing the Olympic 49er. As brothers,
we complement each other very well.
Our clear goal is to win a medal in Brisbane in 2032.
